Cheapskate Iced Coffee

1  Cup instant skimmed milk         powder
2 Tbsp Instant coffee
1 Tbsp maple syrup
1 Cup ice

Place milk powder, maple syrup and coffee in a cup.  Add 8 oz of water and stir well.  Pour coffee mix into a cup ice and serve.

Add Bailey's, Ameretto or Kahlua for an extra kick. 


  
Moms Mint Julip
1 metal cup full of ice.
3 sprigs of mint
1 tsp (+/-) confectioners sugar or syrup
1 shot of Bourbon (more or less)

Chill a metal cup, preferably aluminum, by filling it with ice. Switch ice into another cup.  

In your chilled metal cup muddle together the leaves from 2 mint sprigs and sugar or syrup. Fill with cracked ice, add bourbon and give a quick stir.  Garnish with a sprig of mint.
